Where?

Home

Convenience at its finest. Let me do the legwork and come to you at your home. Whether we train in your living room, garden or patio, a large amount of space isn’t necessary for us to get a great workout in. I will bring the equipment and the expertise; all you need to do is put on your gym gear. 

Outdoors

Make the most of mother nature. I train a large number of my clients outdoors; rain or shine. Training outdoors not only boosts endorphin release, but also provides an abundance of space to work with. We can train at your favourite park or local playing fields and I am able to take on groups from 2-10 people in an outdoor environment.

I am also able to train you at your workplace. Either office space or the carpark will be fine so you can hit a great session before the work day starts or on your lunch break. Having been a very keen sportsman at school, I recently decided that I wanted to start playing football again with the next season in mind. I realised I had a lot of work to do; including building muscle and strength, and improving my conditioning and speed. I started training with Rupert 3 times a week at my local gym, his knowledge and motivation has helped me massively over the last 3 months. I would recommend Rupert to anyone- we are getting closer and closer to my target for September and I feel a lot more positive in myself.

BEth’s Story

I’d reached my all-time highest weight, I was feeling extremely low, I couldn't even look in the mirror. For the first time in my life I had put weight on my face, an area that normally simply did not seem to gain weight, no matter how much my body had fluctuated before I could normally hide under a baggy jumper. This time a big t-shirt wasn't going to fix it. I’d tried all the usual fads like Slimming World and Boo-Tea. I wouldn't do any exercise because the thought was too daunting. Starting with Rupert was the turning point, he soon taught me how to eat correctly so that my body was getting the right fuel. The way that he explained everything finally clicked with me and I began to love being active again and found exercise that I could do without the dread of having to train. I’ve lost nearly 40lbs and I'm feeling the best I ever have. I'm now proud of my body and my improved health; I'm maintaining my ideal weight, as I have done for months now with Rupert's help. I only wish that I had started training with Rupert sooner.
