After years of training both myself and clients, I believe that I have curated the the best workout for lasting weight loss, building lean muscle and boosting fitness levels; all whilst keeping you safe and injury free. This is accomplished through a mix of bodyweight and cardio based exercises along with carefully selected weighted movements. My workouts only take 30 minutes with five minutes either side for the warm up and cool-down. If you are working at 100 percent effort with the right exercises, then training for more than 30 minutes will be a waste of your time when it comes to achieving maximal results. I focus on the big picture and adopt a ‘less is more’ strategy in each and every workout; this means employing a handful of challenging functional exercises which pack the most punch whilst discounting anything inefficient or dangerous. BODYWEIGHT

Both the difficulty and benefits of bodyweight training are often underestimated. Simultaneously torch fat and develop lean muscle by using only your own bodyweight for resistance. High output from a low investment with minimal space and no equipment necessary. We will master the basics first and then we can start to mix things up with variations and extra resistance.

CARDIO

By cardio I specifically mean high intensity cardio exercise, a great type of training involving having fun, improving your fitness and boosting overall health. Don't expect to be running laps, instead you will be trained like an athlete with various conditioning methods such as plyometrics and agility work. Cardio is extremely rewarding and satisfying, boredom will definitely not be a factor.

Strength training, when done right, is great way of increasing muscle growth, toning, posture improvement and fat torching into your fitness program. I opt for lower weights with higher reps with an emphasis on great technique in a circuit for myself and clients, this way of training still provides impressive results, whilst limiting injury and imbalances.
